OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION
To accelerate eCommerce business, this role is at the center of our ecommerce division where you will be instrumental for the success of projects. You will be primarily responsible for setting up and managing all operational configurations.
Areas of responsibility
Product Catalog :
Putting new products online: creation, categorization and putting new references online, employing Gantt Charts to manage the monthly product release schedule.
Enhance product listings by incorporating additional assets to create highly engaging and informative content
Inventory Management: Monitor stocks, anticipate shortages and update the catalog in close collaboration with supply chain
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product arrival and scheduling
Site OperationsPutting the various promotional content online
Configure promotions and offers in the E-commerce platform (CMS – Demandware)
Coordinate daily trouble shooting with APAC teams (IT & Business)
Review merch pages and E-CRM communications
Business Reporting & Analysis:Provide regular reports on the progress of product launches and improvements.
Retailer and Competitive Assessment
Assist with forecasting, profitability analysis, inventory management, pricing, and promotional strategies together with the ecommerce manager
Customer Care:
Assist Customer care to help getting answers to resolve customer questions
Be the point of contact with the warehouse, Cybersource and CRM team and collaborate with EC manager for issues to be resolved by APAC & Global
Candidate Profile:
2 years web experience, preferably in Consumer Goods Industry or Agency
EC experience in Retail companies is a strong plus
University degree
Fluent in Japanese and understanding of English (TOEIC 600+)
Excellent interpersonal skill / Result-oriented / Creative Mindset /Team Player
Methodic schedule organization to ensure priorities are highlighted and efforts streamlined
Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details.
Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programs.
Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions and work towards results.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace including Google analytics
Knowledge of SFCC platform, Inventory Management tools
