YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As HR PLANNING MANAGER, and part of the Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) team, you will participate in developing the organization and you will be in charge of various HR & GA initiatives.
This experience will enable you to grow as an HR Analyst / Controlling expert, who contributes to the business by providing various analysis and data management.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the Retail / Luxury industry.
YOUR IMPACT
Compensation planning
- Planning individual compensation review and propose to HQ
- Make salary proposal for recruited talents
- Salary benchmark analysis
HR Data Analysis & reporting
- Prepare business related analysis such as, ROI of incentive etc.
- Create various HR related reports & analysis, such as paid holidays, OT etc.
- Create ad-hoc reports requested by top management and HRD
Operational excellence
- Review and propose the better HR process
- Data maintenance
- Work with HQ regarding HR system/database, to enhance, upgrade its functionality
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
Experience:
Position requires minimum of 5- 7 years of relevant progressive C&B / HR Operations / HRIS experience
Retail experience preferred
Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
Competencies:
Solid understanding talent market especially in retail industry
Strong analytical skill
Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Languages: Business level Japanese and English
