As RETAIL HRBP, and part of the Human Resources & General Affairs (HR & GA) team, you will participate in developing the organization and you will be in charge of various Retail HR initiatives.
This experience will enable you to grow as HR business partner, who inspires the people in the organization.
You will have the opportunity to learn Retail / Luxury industry.KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Business School, University or “equivalent experience”Experience:
- Position requires minimum of 3-5 years of relevant progressive HR, HRBP or Talent development experience
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plusCompetencies:
- Solid understanding talent market especially in retail industry
- Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership to staff, and also HQLanguages: Business level Japanese and English
RESPONSIBILITY
Retail Recruiting
- Sourcing the talents in the market
- Work with agencies to find the senior level candidates
- Advise retail manager regarding JD, hiring process and criteria
- Search the new channel of recruiting
- Build good relationship and collaborate with the schools
- Monitor the ROI of recruiting costBusiness partnering
- Monitor, review, and advise the all employee related matters
- Discuss and advise the best staffing & allocation to retail managers
- Monitor and initiate to secure the health work place
- Manage employee relations
- Plan and execute the actions to improve employee engagement and motivationEDUCATION
- University graduate
